DJcity w/FM @ the Shwayze "GET U HOME" Tour

Far East Movement & Cold Flamez joined Shwayze to rock in Houston and Dallas for the Shwayze "GET U HOME" Tour. I was lucky enough to jump in as FM's DJ for a couple shows filling in for Virman. Here's a quick account of an amazing trip.

Second favorite thing about Texas: the food. Those are texas-sized taquitos... which are the size of an LA burrito. Ridiculous. Thank you House Of Blues catering! (What's my first favorite thing about Texas you ask? Inappropriate to blog about.)



My camera died aka I accidently dropped it off the side of a building (blame it on the alcohol). I lost a lot of footage so stole some Dallas pics from FM's Blog. Coming soon: video blog of me busting the broke DJcity digital camera with a hammer.

Shwayze's "Get You Home" (DJcity member download HERE) is the new track that makes the girls throw their panties at the stage.

I must admit that I got my paparazzi on and took an amazing backstage video of Shwayze performing in Houston. Advance to 02:18 for footage of what happens backstage between performances and encores. FYI I told Shwayze's DJ, Jason Smith he couldn't piss in our room because we didn't get a bathroom, not cuz I'm a dick.



Note: I don't wear sunglasses indoors like a douche... But you can do whatever the f#ck you want in the green room of the HOB... remember that.



The shows were amazing. All the acts killed it.

Even though it was a Tuesday night, after Element DJ Playboy took myself and FM to a couple other hot spots... Manor & Roxy if I remember correctly.
