iPad App: Noisepad

Need an affordable sample player app to launch your "cowbell" samples? Well, if you have an iPad, look no further. Chuckie, a friend of DJcity just developed the Noisepad app. It is sample player with built in effects.

I downloaded the app and on first impressions, it is one of the cleanest interfaces I've seen. The layout is very open, and the pads and sliders are clean and intuitive. The 12 sample buttons comes stock with a few sample packs, but more are available for download. If you don't like the stock samples, you can always record and upload your own. The biggest features on this thing are the effects. They are powerful, easy to use, and a most other apps aren't up on effects controls just yet.

Check out the app for yourself. For $3, its a safe bet and a great deal.
